Your personalized Good Neighbor Pharmacy Prescription Savings Club Card will be mailed to your home within a couple of weeks of initial enrollment.
You must visit a local Good Neighbor Pharmacy in order to activate your membership card.
Please note this program does not constitute insurance. Persons receiving prescription benefits from a publicly funded health care program are unfortunately ineligible.
