Steamed Broccoli
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- Water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds
Equipment:
- 10-inch saute pan
- Steamer
Directions:
Pour 4 cups of water into a 10-inch saute pan, turn the heat to high, and bring to a boil.
Place broccoli in a single layer in the steamer, cover, and set over the boiling water.
Steam 6-7 minutes, until a fork can be easily inserted.
Carefully remove the broccoli from the steamer and top with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
